Knowing the delivery service’s target audience, we opted for a friendly positioning of the brand, creating an informal mood, building relations with customers as equals, using humor to show post-apocalyptic images.

Communication tone: informal.
Addressing of potential customers: respectful and friendly.

Visual

Originally, the photoshoot concept implied the use of a black background, which would be in bright contrast with colourful dishes. To support the corporation’s identity via photos we developed special graphical elements.

Further, we made a brave decision to organize a zombie-inspired shooting, which brought us truly provocative images.

The risk of our vision being misunderstood was justified: those were photos that gave us an opportunity to make the brand recognizable on social media, raising real resonance among users.

Supposedly, what could look more conservative and reserved than the classical black & white combination…

Thus, using the alternation of classical black and white colours as the background, we managed to successfully highlight the dishes and service concept while preserving content presentation harmony.

Promotion

Over the first month of the brand’s operation we were able to engage 2.5 thousand active users on our Instagram account from scratch.

Promotion techniques:

  • quality content;
  • regular contests;
  • active work with influencers on barter terms;
  • social media feed optimization.
